Bitlis Viaduct is a 11-span viaduct with the maximum span length of 90 m and the total length of the viaduct is 900 m, located in Bitlis. The bridge has R/C piers and steel girders. The contractor of the project is Demce Yapı, while the project is funded by General Directorate of Highways. The viaduct has been designed as a seismically base-isolated structure and the girders has been isolated at the top elevation of piers against earthquake effects. The seismic isolators have been designed, being manufactured and installed by TİS Teknolojik İzolatör Sistemleri A.Ş.
